London-based, Polish-born PYTKO is a composer, producer, singer and multimedia artist working at the intersection of experimental electronic sound and intimate songwriting. From a self-built studio often described as a cupboard in South London, she treats music as material, layering voice, field recordings and unconventional textures into intricate, ethereal compositions. Her work unfolds as a sculptural process where vulnerability and shadowed beauty converge, blurring the boundaries between melody, atmosphere and narrative.

Her debut album “The Way We Blush” (2021, Phantasy Sound) was praised for its emotional and atmospheric approach to experimental pop, earning recognition from Rolling Stone UK and a Rising Star feature in CRACK Magazine. Earlier releases included remixes by DJ Python and Bullion, extending her sound into ambient and electronic territories.

In 2026, PYTKO introduces a Tarot-inspired EP that reframes divination through the lens of algorithmic culture. Each track draws on a different Tarot card, merging personal narrative with digitally driven production to explore how ideas of intuition and fate are reshaped by contemporary systems. Developed through collaborative processes, the project expands beyond music into visual, fashion and digital contexts. Alongside this, she has collaborated with Roman Flügel on the release “Tippex In My Eye” via Phantasy Sound.

Her work extends into film and fashion, including music featured in 7 Keys (SXSW 2024) and a soundtrack for Brandon Maxwell’s Spring Summer 2025 runway at New York Fashion Week. Alongside her artistic practice, she contributes to research and education, working with University of the Arts London on sound-based projects and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Performing across London and beyond, PYTKO develops live works that integrate sound, space and image, moving between club settings, performance environments and hybrid formats. Her wider practice includes installations and moving image works exploring memory, technological intimacy and posthuman experience, as well as sound art projects rooted in ecological and site-specific recordings.

Supported by BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music and NTS, PYTKO is emerging as a distinctive voice in contemporary experimental music, shaping a practice defined by sonic intimacy, conceptual clarity and an otherworldly sensibility.
